2. Entity Responsible for Data Management

3. Account and Login

Using an account is optional. You may use the App without creating an account using anonymous authentication. If you choose to create an account, your data may be synchronized across devices.

4. Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

• Email address (only if you create an account)
• Habit data and progress created inside the App

We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for the App to function.

• Maintain your account securely

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cloud Services

Habbit uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to securely store and synchronize your data.

7. Data Retention and Automatic Deletion

Accounts may be automatically deleted after 365 days of inactivity.

For this policy, activity means completing at least one habit on a given day.

If no activity is detected for 365 consecutive days:

• Your account may be permanently deleted
• All associated data (including habits and progress) may be removed

This process cannot be reversed once completed.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from inside the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove your data.

9. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process certain information such as device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data to provide relevant ads. Depending on your region, you may be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown. If you decline, only non-personalized ads will be displayed.

10. Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App (for example, app opens, session duration, or feature usage). This data is collected anonymously or pseudonymously and is used only to improve the user experience. In regions where required, we respect your consent choices.

11. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts, subscription status, and anonymous identifiers to validate purchases and provide access to premium features.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date below.
